SINGLE WALL BOXES
3 ply or Single wall boxes are made up of 3 layers of paper - One fluting and two liners. The most common type is B flute
DOUBLE WALL BOXES
5 ply or Double wall boxes are made up of 5 layers of paper - Two fluting and three liners. The most common type is BC (which consists of one B-flute and one C-flute)
TRIPLE WALL BOXES
7 ply or Triple wall boxes are made up of 7 layers of paper - Three fluting and four liners. The most common type is BCB and AAA (HEAVY DUTY CORRUGATION)
REGULAR SLOTTED CONTAINER(RSC)
This type of box is enclosed on all six sides with flaps on the top and bottom. The major flaps meet in the centre and can be taped, glued or stapled to close.
HALF SLOTTED BOXES(HSC)
This type of box is an RSC box without flaps on one end(top or bottom), instead we use a cap for covering the box or invert the HSC box and use a pallet or a TRAY as the base.

The corrugated board is punched with a die of a required size and style to make customized self locking boxes or partitions/separators.
